Article Processing Charge
All articles published in the CES are made freely available online, allowing educators, researchers, policymakers, and institutions worldwide to access, read, download, and share research without subscription barriers.
To support the editorial process, peer review management, production, online publication, website maintenance, and long-term archiving, an Article Processing Charge (APC) may apply to manuscripts accepted for publication.
CES is open access, in which papers can be found online for free and that educators, researchers, policymakers, and institutions around the world can find and share them without subscription barriers.
There is an Article Processing Charge (APC) that may be applicable when the manuscript is accepted for publication, which helps support the editorial work, peer review administration, and preparation for publication.
Information on APCs
The corresponding author will be informed about the relevant APC and payment methods, as well as about the existence of possible discounts or waivers (where applicable), only after the manuscript has received formal acceptance for publication.
Please Note
- Manuscript submission is completely free of charge.
- No fees are charged for editorial screening or peer review.
- Any applicable APC will be requested only after the final acceptance of the manuscript.
- Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions or the outcome of the peer-review process.
- Acceptance is based solely on the originality, quality, academic merit, ethical compliance, and relevance of the research.
For further information regarding publication charges, authors are encouraged to contact the editorial office.
